“So, I booked this appointment with Adam Moskowitz but he is actually only on site Monday/Tuesdays to see patients and on Wednesday/Thursday hes in colonscopys. I made my appointment for Weds so they had me see the Primary Care doctor to get a recommendation to see Adam Moskowitz.
Dr Scott Andes, he was a nice gentleman and listened to my concerns. He was very confident with his diagnosis simply from verbal side effects i have etc.. But he referred me to Moskowitz anyways who i see in the coming weeks.
Andes preformed a physical on me which was fine, he also had me do bloodwork which was also fine!
He called me a week after my bloodwork for a 30 mins chat about my bloodwork, he did just say "its all good!" and i had to ask for a little more insight, but he was open to emailing me my numbers etc which is great
I would recommend Dr Andes for a P.C.P - But if you book on ZocDoc i urge you to call and confirm your appointment! they didn't call.”

About Dr. Adam Moskowitz
Dr. Moskowitz is happily accepting new patients. For all new patients seeing Dr. Moskowitz as a PCP or for Annual Wellness Visits, patients will need to change their PCP with the insurance prior to booking an appointment. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your appointment.
For all new GI patients, a referral from your PCP is required prior to the appointment. Failure to get a referral or willingness to obtain one will result in appointment cancellation. BCBS JLJ codes are not accepted.
After graduating from Brandeis University with a bachelor's degree in Biology in 1988, I earned my Doctor of Medicine from the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University in December 1993. I worked in a research lab for four months before starting my first residency in Psychiatry at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. In 1996, I switched to Internal Medicine Residency at Winthrop-University Hospital in Mineola, now called NYU Langone. I was chosen to stay on for a Gastroenterology Fellowship at Winthrop-University Hospital, which I completed in 2002.
- 2002–2009: Staff Doctor at Queens Hospital Center/Mount Sinai - inpatient services, outpatient clinic, and endoscopy.
- 2009–2012: Private practice in Long Island.
- 2012–2016: Gastroenterologist with Arya Medical Associates in Bushwick, Brooklyn, with staff privileges at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center. Office patients and office endoscopy, capsule endoscopy, hemorrhoid treatment, and breath analysis.
- 2016–2019: Full-time Gastroenterologist at Cortland Regional Medical Center.
- 2019 to Present: Gastroenterology Hospitalist (per diem) at Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital - inpatient coverage of all admitted gastroenterology patients, inpatient endoscopy, and emergency room coverage.
- Present: Vantage Medical Associates.

The appointment was booked online and took less than an hour of filling out the necessary forms as a new patient and being seen by the Dr Adam Moskowitz. The office was very clean and the staff not only was attentive to my needs but acted in a flawless manner to make sure I felt welcomed.
Doctor Moskowitz was very thorough in his examination and ensuing explanation of his diagnosis, answered questions in a detailed manner and recommended an expeditious referral to the proper specialist. Highly recommend fir any gastroenterology issues or consultation.

Dr. Maskowitz is a true professional. He shows compassion which is important. Some of the staff there are just not good. The location of the office is not ideal- There’s nearly no parking. I’m not sure about the other physicians but Dr. Maskowitz is a knowledgeable man in the field. Would recommend

This is a fantastic medical suite to get many things done, I went in just expecting to talk to Dr. Moscowitz about my issues but I also got blood work done and a sonogram at the same appointment. Overall very impressed.
