About Dr. Adam Wallach
Dr. Wallach is a graduate of the New York University School of Medicine. He completed his internship at Cornell Medical Center and Sloan Kettering Memorial Hospital. His advanced, postgraduate dermatologic training was accomplished at New York University, widely regarded as the premiere dermatology residency program in the United States.
Dr. Wallach practiced dermatology and aesthetic surgery in New York before relocating to California in 2001. He is board certified in dermatology and dermatologic surgery, and is a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. He is a consulting physician at the John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek, California.

Dr Wallach had been recommended to me by a coworker. I had a couple main issues I wanted to have addressed and this was done, as well as a couple other questions answered. I realized later I wasn’t quite sure about if and how soon in-person follow-up should be scheduled, but I will remedy that with a phone call. Dr Wallach and his medical assistant were both very personable and made feel comfortable.

Excellent and thorough first appointment. I went in to have Dr. look at 4 issues and he had an answer and solution for each one, plus did a thorough look everywhere and found a few things I hadn't noticed. Explained things in clear terms and was very time efficient. Highly recommend Dr. Wallach, I will be going back.

If your appointment is for skin cancer screening, the Doctor shouldn’t use the appointment as an opportunity to sell his Botox services when you didn’t ask about them. Tacky!

I changed to Dr. Wallach after years of going to another dermatologist. That practice had some poor customer service issues, so I looked for another practitioner. Dr. Wallach was recommended by my primary care physician, and she was right. Office staff is very friendly and efficient, as is Dr. Wallach. He clearly cares about his patients and spends whatever time is necessary to address patient questions/issues. Definitely would recommend.

The area that we live in has very few dermatologists that I would trust my childrens' skin with, but Dr Wallace is professional and friendly. He speaks to my children (15 and 16 years old) and does not treat them like children and expects them to take an active part in treating their skin.

Wow! What a great guy! Totally relatable to my teenage daughter and her issues with acne. Really nice staff. Was so thorough and I felt like he spent a lot of time without rushing us through the appointment like most doctors. Explained everything.

Dr. Wallach was wonderful. My dad had concerns about his aging skin (spots, texture, etc.). Dr. Wallach instantly knew the cause and was thorough and efficient in his diagnosis. Most importantly, he did not over-treat my 86 year old dad. We were impressed. We are headed back there in one year for a yearly check up. I highly recommend this office. Any wait you may have is more than worth it.

Dr. Wallach was fantastic. I was very comfortable with him, which given that it was my first visit with him and it was for a head-to-toe check-up is saying alot. He has a great bedside manner - very thoughtful, conversational, and considerate, while also to the point without seeming rushed. I would recommend him to anyone.
