Dr. Adaobi Ekweani earned her Doctor of Medicine degree at the University of Texas, Houston, McGovern Medical School, where she also completed her internship and residency training in pediatrics.
Dr. Ekweani treats infectious diseases, asthma, allergies, developmental and behavioral conditions, obesity, and rashes, along with providing routine health maintenance visits, sports physicals, and vaccine administration.

Dr. Ekweani is such a blessing. It is extremely difficult to find black doctors who accept Medicaid. She has excellent bedside manners and is very patient. I felt confident that my baby received the best care after each visit. If you choose Dr. Ekweani you will not be disappointed.

I have been trying to find a new Dr for my two year old autistic son. This experience was great for both of us. Everyone was polite. The nurse was very patient and creative while trying to get stats for my son. The Dr made the appointment feel like a playdate and eased my son's fears and also was very aware of his sensory issues

I needed to find a pediatrician in less than two days for his wellness check up. Found them on Zocdoc and I’m so glad I did. Super attentive and friendly staff. The pediatrician was so informative and great with our baby. Wait time was so fast I couldn’t finish our paperwork by the time we were called up.

It’s was good as their first time there. I was feeling overwhelmed in changing Dr. Just because they been with the same dr since birth. But I had no choice to switch because our Dr retired. But I loved the Dr how she listen to my concerns of my baby health. Front reception were kind too. Let’s hope it continues to be good like today visit.
