“Original apt was booked on Zoc doc for an appointment that was not available! I had to wait a week and a half for the office to “squeeze”me in. This was very upsetting as I will call the Doctors office directly in the future for an appointment ”

“Dr Dissick listened to my issues, gave me a thorough examination, asked pertinent questions about any symptoms, and clearly explained a tentative diagnosis. She had a clear explanation about ordering more tests to rule out other issues . Blood was drawn in the office, saving a trip to a lab. I left the office relieved to know this was a thorough examination of my health issues and knowing I made the right choice seeing this physician.”

Dr. Dissick seemed frustrated in the process of asking us why we were referred to her and cut us off while trying to explain the story. My mother & I felt uneasy with her demeanor to be honest. We weren’t sure if she was frustrated with us and/or the doctors & PA’s who misdiagnosed my mother. I understand it can be frustrating but the attitude was not necessary. I didn’t appreciate how aggressively she was questioning to my mother. We do appreciate her giving us information & referral however & of course being a doctor who is helping people everyday :). In regards to check in process: patients are required to make a my chart profile & check themselves in through their phone from a link. My parents are in their 60s & their primary language is not English. This is difficult for some people to navigate. I helped them but did not have service & the office didn’t have their own equipment for me to complete it so I had to step outside in order to do what they asked.

Selecting the right doctor can be scary! But, Dr. Dissick was one of the best doctors I’ve seen in some time. She has a great bedside manner, she is personable, relatable, kind, and very knowledgable in her field. Unlike most offices, there was a minimum wait time. I highly recommend her if the office is accepting new patients. Her office and team are just as great!

I saw Dr. Dissick for a second opinion evaluation and was so happy that I did. As opposed to the first doctor who I was under the care of, Dr. Dissick was kind, compassionate, thorough and spent time listening to my history. I never felt rushed. She asked so many pertinent questions and did a thorough exam. She fully explained and laid out the treatment plan going forward. I am lucky that I found such a caring rheumatologist. I wish I was under her care from the start of my illness. I highly recommend Dr. Dissick without reservation.
