Had an appointment and never received any communication or information beforehand on how to join the call. Called the office several times and left a message, logged into to zocdoc about 30 minutes before the appointment and stayed an hour after to see if anyone would send me some kind of link to join. I’m sure she’s a lovely doctor just really disappointed that I wasn’t able to be seen when I really needed this appointment.
