“She was truly amazing even tho my insurance wasn’t accepted here which is Zodoc fault not hers for saying we are in network. Besides it she still saw me i explained my problems she took her time shes truly a healer i loved that nothing was rushed she took her time played relaxing music did the treatment she also gave me ear seeds for the stress truly amazing im now a regular customer yes ill be paying out of pocket but shes well worth it ”

Adina is an acupuncturist and nationally certified in Oriental Medicine by the National Commission for Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She holds a Master's degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science and completed a fellowship at the NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases Orthopaedic Institute. She also holds formal certifications in Korean Physical Manipulation (Kyo Jung) and Medical Qi Gong from the Institute of Classical Asian Studies, New York-with Dr. Steve Jackowicz. Additionally, Adina studied classical herbology with Jeffrey Yuen for two years in New York's Chinatown.
Since 2008, Adina has practiced in various integrative clinical settings and is also a Certified Hypnotist specializing in inner child healing. Inspired by the rich local ecosystem of Port Washington, she combines the art of wholing through Chinese Medicine with embodied wisdom practices such as Daoist meditation, qi gong, and local herb foraging. Since 2018, Adina has been teaching weekly qi gong classes and leading nature walks at the beautiful Sands Point Preserve in Port Washington.

Adina is the best! I started seeing her when I was approximately 20 weeks pregnant for relaxation, increased blood flow, etc. At 34 weeks, my baby was breeched and Adina performed moxibustion and acupuncture and my baby flipped in time for my 36 week scan after only 2 treatments!

I first became Ms. Dabija’s patient when I was coming to grips with a debilitating foot condition that prevents me from walking distances, an uncomfortable degenerative kyphosis, and a hand and wrist condition that prevents me from my work of writing. Ms. Dabija and I have crafted a holistic course of treatment for my unique condition involving acupuncture, body manipulation, exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. Over the course of five years, most of my orthopedic doctors and surgeons wrote me off and told me that there is nothing that can be done. After beginning treatment with Ms. Dabija, I have found an immediate improvement in my various conditions and a positive outlook toward healing.
Ms. Dabija is kind, warm, accommodating, generous in her care and she has a great ability to relate; her depth of knowledge, practicality, resourcefulness, and understanding of healing modalities is truly amazing. As a hypochondriac and skeptic of alternative healing modalities that I am, the great trust and positive outlook that I have developed as a patient of Ms. Dabija's is remarkable and owes to her manner of care.
Moreover than the physical health benefits, I have experienced a greater sense of well-being and quality of life. Most of my work is behind a computer and my work with Adina is helping me to work with greater ease. I find pleasure on my daily walks and I find my exercises more invigorating. I leave the studio each week cheerful and with a sense of lightness that is one of the highlights of my life.
