She grew up in the Midwest before moving to Austin, and has come to love the food, culture, and opportunities for adventure there. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her daughter, husband, and large extended family. She loves to read and try out new restaurants and is always looking for recommendations.

The appointment was very professional until it was time for my second appointment. I received a call nearly 24 hours before my next appointment, saying the office was going to be virtual and asking if I was willing to be seen that way, which is something I had explicitly said I wasn't (why I opted for in-person visits.) Then changed my appointment to telehealth without my agreement. By the time I called back, I was put on hold for several minutes and left a message stating that I did not want to be seen virtually and that I wanted to cancel/reschedule my appointment. I thought it was done & done. I received a message the day of my "appointment" saying it was cancelled, immediately followed by a message saying to join 10 minutes early, which I didn't because I had now said multiple times that I did not want to be seen that way. I was ignored, they continued to try to reach me, and have now charged me for the appointment I did not want or consent to.
