“The receptionist though nice almost made me feel like zocdoc failed me by booking an appointment for ailments they do not serve. But then all was okay. The nurse who did my intake was very informative & helpful. Lowkey helped my nerves. The doctor idk. Was like a blur. Maybe i did not really articulate what i wanted but at the end i was seen & i guess that is all i could ask for. I did leave feeling unprepared & not entirely satisfied but the real time results were comforting so i will just wait for test results.
The doctor was not rude.
Was very grounded.
And directed the visit, as if given the opportunity, i can babble relentlessly.

“When I arrived to the office I proceeded to the receptionist. She did not acknowledge me or say anything for about 12 minutes, she asked for my name ,I told her my name and she said I didn’t have an appointment: I had taken a picture of the appointment. My husband made a comment I should have gone to patient first. I stated I loved the doctor there but their front office staff was awful. At that point the receptionist started to be more friendlier. The doctor I saw was polite and friendly. My overall experience was good and if needed I will go again . One problem I have is not receiving an itemized bill at time of appointment and receipt of payment.”
