About Dr. Ai Lee
With over 58 years of experience specializing in infertility, I am a licensed acupuncturist in New York and Florida. I hold a Ph.D. in Acupuncture from the University of Oriental Studies, School of Chinese Medicine, as well as an O.M.D. in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Since 1965, I have been practicing acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, and Western pharmacology. I have served as a board member and on the disciplinary panel of the Acupuncture Department in New York State.
In addition, I am a licensed pharmacist and royal chef in Korea. I am a member of the Board of Examiners of the N.C.C.A.O.M. and hold an Anti-Aging Board Certificate. Of Korean-Chinese descent, I studied acupuncture and moxibustion at the prestigious Acupuncture and Moxibustion Institute in Seoul, Korea. I am also a teacher of herbal medicine.
Appearances in radio and media include PBS (Channel 13) Innovation Show, BBC Radio, Men's Fitness Magazine, Elle Magazine, New York Women Magazine, Self Magazine, Longevity Magazine, The World and I Magazine, and a chapter in the book “What We Know So Far.” I have appeared on KBS TV in Korea and Arirang Cable TV, which broadcasts to 188 countries. Unfortunately they did not accept my insurance and pricing seemed very fluid and not standardized. The Doctor has many years of experience and you can tell, the way she applies the needles is very fast and not painful. And she is able to read you and call out things that could be of concern to you without you even telling her about your health. The experience makes up for the lack of organization in the pricing and consistency department. I felt great after my appointments.

Didn’t really seem up to date on serious medical issues. Very much pushing the pricey herbs and acupuncture package program. Not covered by insurance. Not great bedside manner. Wouldn’t see again.

I've had 3 appointments with Dr. Ai Lee now, and she is a master at her craft. On my first visit, without me telling her, she told me everything that was going on with me. Mid-week, I got a nasty cold and she gave me a 3 day dose of herbs to take and treated my cold with acupuncture. I am so excited to be seeing her and want to send her business. She prefers low co-payments in cash, just as a heads up.

With a few examinations she told me exactly what was bothering me, without me uttering a word! She's of few words but I like that. If you want an extensive list of what she's going to do and why and be asked how your new puppy is doing, she's not the one for you.

Seems unsanitary... Used blanket placed over needles... Needle package already open... Suction cups were not cleaned before or after she used them to suck the blood from needle holes on my back... Never had acupuncture before and I can't say I feel very comfortable with this process.

Dr. Lee is amazing. I went to her as an emergency last Saturday when I woke up and couldn't turn my head to the right. What Dr. Lee did for me was give me back a day of my life. She took my pain from a 7/10, and after our session I was at a 3/10, without any medicine or pain relievers

She was doing very good in the first few sessions, but in the later ones she pinched needles on to my leg muscle and it took few weeks to recover... I have mixed feeling about this. My lower back pain didn't come back maybe because of the muscle relaxer, maybe the acupuncture...
