“Love the place the provider was excellent and very knowledgeable about my condition. The wait was very minimal barely even waited, to be honest. The registration area was awkward, staff was not very welcoming, but they assisted me with registering me. They can improve their mannerism a bit though. They’re the first people we come across once we enter the office, so if they seem moody and unhappy, makes me wonder about the rest of the professions in the back that I am going receive care from. Overall the office was clean, quiet, and tidy. ”

About Aja Snow

Aja Snow is a New York State licensed Physician Assistant with over 13 years of clinical experience. She prides herself on providing compassionate care to each of her patients. As part of the otolaryngology department, she diagnoses and treats various ear, nose, and throat conditions, offers aesthetics consults and Botox injections, and performs simple surgical procedures such as laryngoscopies, ear tubes, tongue biopsies, and nosebleed cauterization. A Bronx native, Aja earned her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from Pace University/Lenox Hill Hospital in 2009. She began her career at a NYC dermatology practice affiliated with NYU, where she diagnosed and treated various dermatological conditions and gained cosmetic experience with fillers, Botox, glycolic acid chemical peels, and laser hair removal. In addition to her office work, she provided skin cancer screenings at corporate locations in Manhattan and Brooklyn, including Chase and Morgan Stanley. Seeking to broaden her clinical expertise, Aja transitioned to an OB/GYN practice with offices in the Bronx and Yonkers affiliated with Lawrence Hospital. There, she specialized in annual gynecological care as well as routine and high-risk prenatal care. She performed procedures such as cervical biopsies, STD screening, cryotherapy, ultrasound interpretation, and IUD insertions. After several years, she returned to NYC and joined an orthopedic/sports medicine group on the east side in 2014. She quickly adapted to her new role in pain management and orthopedics, performing viscosupplement joint injections, trigger point injections, interpreting imaging such as CTs and MRIs, and building strong professional relationships with surgeons across Manhattan.

The main thing that stood out was her beauty and demeanor. She was very knowledgeable and was the first ENT that properly diagnosed me and took the time to clean me up without having me make 100 visits. Her honesty was spot on about taking care of myself is important . What medical advisor worries about you and gets down to the roots. I wish their was more wrong with me to come back sooner!! Impeccable and Amazooooo!! Not just a pretty face!!

The provider was very pleasant and friendly however she hurt and was not gentle I called the next morning Afterthe visit because I was still having a problem in my left ear and although she said that she fixed it, I had the same issue during the night. I thought I was to be told to come in and let her look at it again, but I was told to make an appointment two days later I did that and now on reflection, I do not think I’m going to keep that appointment. I’m still am having the same issue and I don’t think that coming back is in my best interest I very rarely very rarely complain, but in this case, I felt the practice may not be the best fit for me.
