Akasia earned her masters in Chinese Herbal Medicine and doctorate in Acupuncture and Integrative Pain Management at the New England School of Medicine. She is trained in Chinese, Japanese, and orthopedic acupuncture styles, as well as myofascial trigger point dry needling. Akasia has a special interest in treating athletic injuries and pain with a goal of helping her patients return to pain free movement.
