I had a stiff neck for weeks, so I could not fully move my head. Luckily, I found out about B3 Acupuncture, and I was able to regain full motion of my neck/head after one visit. She even taught me stretches to do on my own to avoid injuring myself again. Since I never had acupuncture before, I was fearful of the needles, but Dr. Cooper was very patient and gentle. I actually did not feel the needles at all. I have been recommending anyone with any form of pain to B3 Acupuncture. I am positive Dr. Cooper will be able to assist you!
