The staff were so lovely and flexible in helping me make my appointment and even move up the time the day of. I did not wait at all. They took me back as soon as I arrived. The entire physical was done there - routine EKG, blood work, etc. so it made it super easy. Dr. Bolad was so lovely and thorough. He answered my questions and really spent the time to get to know me as a patient. I am so glad I found him and this office!! (super convenient!)
Dr Bolad is a great doctor. Very affable, very thorough and very competent. I have recommended him to friends.
It was my first time visiting this doctor- he was absolutely great. He took his time to listen to me and answer any questions I had.thank you!!
Very approachable and attentive. I did not feel like I was just another patient. His staff was also very pleasant. I would highly recommend this doctor.
Dr Bolad is wonderful and a very competent doctor. I like him because he is not so quick to pull out that little pad and write a prescription. He will work with you.
I made an appointment to see Dr. Bolad after I had previously made an appointment with a nearby physician. The first appointment ended up being an urgent care facility, where regardless of the appointment time, patients were seen on a first-come basis. Not the case for Dr. Bolad. So I called Dr. Bolad's office, and despite not having appointment times available until 4 hours later, Dr. Bolad's receptionist told me to come in anyway and they would work me in. The receptionist was very polite and expedited my new patient paperwork. The waiting room was clean and neat, with several patients of all ages waiting to be seen. The office staff were very efficient. I was in the exam room with Dr. Bolad within 20 minutes of arriving. As for Dr. Bolad, he was very cordial, and took the time to understand my medical history with sincere interest, and without being rushed in any way. I was pleasantly surprised by his professionalism and the professionalism of his staff. Due to my age and good health, I have not had the need for a dedicated primary care doctor (I haven't visited a primary care doctor for four or five years). However, I'm now calling Dr. Bolad my doctor, and I will be seeing him at least once a year. I highly recommend Dr. Bolad, and will be letting all of my friends who are looking for a primary care docor know about him.
It was pleasant he was very cheerful
The only complaint I have is I still had to complete forms in the office and I thought the purpose of completing on line was I would not have to do that when I arrived. The office person stated that they do not always receive the information. Dr Bolad himself was very personable. Will follow up next week with him. Hopefully will continue to be a good experience.
Took a ridiculous amount of time just to get seen. I was there 15 minutes early and was the first scheduled appointment!
The nurse who treated me was fine, but I will NEVER go here again because the receptionist was incredibly rude to me when I called back (they called me, I missed the initial call) to hear about the results from my x-ray. Incredibly unprofessional assistants here. Very disappointed.
Dr. Bolad is a wonderful Doctor. He listens to your concerns and desires you to be participatory in your care and he wants feedback. I have been going to him now for over 10 years. I highly recommend him as your primary care physician. I love the Alexandria location because I rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes.
