I logged on to my appointment on time, but I didn't realize that there was a bunch of paperwork that I had to do first.
Not having spoken with a human being and signing my name multiple times started to worry me so I called the number, which wasn't the clinic it was your service. So by the time I got transferred to the clinic, I was 10 minutes late for my appointment and they told me that I would have to reschedule. And I asked why I wasn't made aware that I would have to fill out this paperwork.
What's more of the individual that I spoke with was incredibly unprofessional- I didn't even know that I was talking to somebody representing a doctor. So I don't know if this doctor's any good or not, but the intake process didn't work and the reception was poor.

dr. berkowitz has been wonderful with all of my mothers needs. she’s doing great with his help. the right medication’s, helping her agitation and aggression. i feel listen to and that he’s through.

was in hospital for 6 weeks when i got home i was able to zoom with dr berkowitz before meds ran out so i got an appt immediately after explaining situation to schedulers
