About Dr. Alande Brezault

Alande Brezault, MD, FACP, is a triple board-certified internal medicine physician at I & B Medical Associates, providing complete health care to adults living in and around Miami, Florida. Dr. Brezault earned his medical degree from the State University of Haiti in Port-au-Prince. After graduation, he moved to the United States and completed an internal medicine residency at UPMC Harrisburg in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. While there, Dr. Brezault earned the title of “top resident,” a distinction awarded for academic achievements, outstanding bedside manners, and leadership. In 2002, Dr. Brezault relocated to South Florida and opened I & B Medical Associates with Dr. Innocent. Since then, the practice has established itself as a leader in outpatient care, hospital medicine, and long-term palliative care. When he isn’t meeting with patients, Dr. Brezault loves sharing his knowledge with students. He serves as an assistant professor of clinical medicine at Florida International University’s Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine and at Ross University in Barbados. Dr. Brezault is active in the Miami community. He regularly volunteers at local churches, youth gatherings, and academic events. Dr. Brezault speaks English, Spanish, French, and Creole fluently, allowing him to serve the practice’s incredibly diverse patient base.
