About Dr. Alexander Combs

At Palmer, Dr. Alex received the Academic Excellence award and was nominated for the Clinical excellence award. Following graduation from Palmer College of Chiropractic, he and his wife moved to Greenville SC to finish his preceptorship in the final part of his schooling and they fell in love with Greenville SC and decided to stay and make it their home. In his free time, he loves hiking with his wife and dog and lifting weights. Dr. Alex is very excited to continue the mission of bringing chiropractic to Greenvillians and helping them achieve happier and healthier lives through chiropractic care.
