Alexandra Doerschel is a dual role, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC). She originally attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Later, she pursued her interest in nursing, graduating with honors from Southeast Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. While working in the progressive care unit at Cleveland Clinic in Weston, Florida, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of South Alabama, specializing in Family Nursing. She has worked in a variety of settings, from home health to the Intensive Care Unit.
Alexandra is an active member of several professional organizations, including Florida Nurse Practitioners, Sigma Theta Tau International, and the American Nurses Association.
