About Dr. Alexandra Grulke
Dr. Alexandra Grulke “Dr. Sandie” has been practicing in the West Chester area for more than 15 years. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Delaware. She is dual certified in Foot Surgery (2009) and Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery (2011), and became Wound Care certified in 2012.
She currently lives in Downingtown with her husband, four children, two lively labs, and two cats. Together with her family, she is an active jiu-jitsu student and teacher, a beginner golfer, and a dedicated cheering squad member for high school and college activities. She understands how hectic life can be balancing work and home duties and how there is no time for foot pain.
She is committed to getting you back to your normal hectic life as soon as possible.

Wow! So great! Dr. Grulke and the entire office staff were top notch. Everyone was efficient, friendly and communicative from the moment I entered the office.
Dr. Grulke was not rushed, was unbelievably friendly and knowledgeable beyond measure. She was informative every step of the way and was interested in my experiences and thoughts. She provided options for care and is an excellent diagnostician. I left my appointment feeling relieved, hopeful and like my care was on point.
I would recommend Dr. Grulke to any of my family and friends for their podiatric concerns.
