Most relevant
I was denied care and did not feel listened too. The billing process and cost was not clearly conveyed to me and I was crazily over charged for an hour consultation where I was denied care. I asked them to investigate the charge because it felt like they were taking advantage of me. I still had to pay. Do not represent this manipulative company. Several others have had this experience with them
