Dr. Alexandra was a wonderful listener and seemed eager to help me. She gave me everything I needed and more and she showed compassion for my situation. I felt very safe and protected there. The staff at West Penn including the other nurses and the people at the front desk were so nice. Everything went by smoothly and I was checked in without any issues or delays. I felt very welcomed and optimistic about this doctor. I highly recommend!

Dr. Johnston was wonderful at listening and taking my concerns about a chronic issue seriously when many other providers have not. I felt sympathized with and understood. They were able to do some tests the same day in the office (currently not offering blood tests in the office due to staffing issues, but with so many AHN blood test options this was not a problem for me). I will definitely be using her as my PCP from now on.

Dr. Johnston was very thorough. During my physical, she recommended several blood tests based on my health history, explaining the purpose behind each one, and taking care to confirm my insurance status so I would not be unexpectedly left with a large bill.
Despite what was clearly a busy office, I was seen on time, and was not asked for duplicate information as often happens in doctors' offices. The entire process was very efficient and pleasant. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Johnston.
