About Dr. Alexandra Norindr
I received my MS from Tri-State College of Acupuncture, and my
DAc (Doctorate in Acupuncture) from Pacific College of Health and Science. Additionally I trained in Kampo (Japanese herbology) for over 6 years.
My specialized training is in fertility and perinatal medicine. Additionally I have extensive training in trigger point dry needling - a type of myofascial release that helps with acute and chronic pain.
I have been in practice for 15 years and work closely with my patients to help achieve their long term health goals. When necessary I refer to other trusted doctors for additional testing/diagnosis/treatment.

Lexy is a consummate professional, who cares deeply about her patients' wellbeing, and it shows. I am fortunate to have found Samadhi many years ago, not just because Lexy asks the right questions and understands what makes us unwell. Her expert treatments and sound advice have also accomplished what would seem highly improbable: That I look forward to receiving acupuncture.

Lexy has treated me (and my husband and ten year old!) for over ten years. From ailments ranging from the mundane to more challenging, she has met us regularly with dedicated care, attention, and tremendous knowledge across many disciplines. There hasn't been an issue that she has not been able to address through her thorough care of us during each session and in between whether through check-ins, TCM prescriptions, and more. Having Lexy in your circle of providers exponentially expands your health horizons and overall comfort. She's unique and equally as incredible in the acupuncture space and as a human. I am lucky our paths crossed so long ago!

I was lucky enough to be treated by Lexy for over 5 years with a primary focus on fertility, pregnancy and postpartum (and all of the aches, emotions and hormones that come along). I felt incredibly supported and most importantly helped by her. I highly recommend her to anyone especially those on their fertility journey!

One of the greatest decisions I ever made was to begin acupuncture treatments over 15 years ago, and I am grateful that for the past few years, I've been under the care of Lexy. Lexy is one of the warmest, most compassionate people you'll ever meet. She is also smart and engaged and perceptive, and her treatments are about so much more than needles (though the treatments themselves are pretty magical, and you'll leave her office meaningfully calmer, looser and lighter). She'll help you understand the interconnectedness of your body, and she'll work with you on both immediate issues and longer-term wellness goals. You will always learn something fascinating, and you will always feel seen and heard! I think everyone could benefit from acupuncture, even if they don't believe they "need" it, and I know everyone could benefit from time spent with Lexy.
