“My visit was absolutely wonderful. She is so professional and empathetic. Her overall demeanor and tone put all of my fears of seeking help at ease. She was better than any other psychiatrist I have ever seen because she LISTENS and cares. I realize that although I have been on my current meds for a long time, there was still so much I did not know. She took the time to carefully explain everything like how they work, what to expect, and important details I hadn’t been aware of before. I now feel so much more educated and reassured.”

Thank you, Dr. Entz! My quality of life has improved so much- and I owe it all to you.
Really listens and is very thorough. How you want and expect a psychiatrist to be.
Knowledgable- understanding- kind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for help.
Impeccable customer service, very knowledgeable. What a great experience!!!!!
Able to fix all of my meds after YEARS of trials with other psychiatrists.
Super efficient and tells it like it is. Takes the time to educate.
She's really a great physician. She stays true to her bio. Thank you!
Dr. Entz is very knowledgable and really cares about her patients.

Appointments with her are like talking to a very smart friend. There is something so comforting about her voice and demeanor, however she is still extremely professional and knowledgable about the field of psychiatry. I have seen 3 previous psychiatrists before and was not looking forward to seeking out are yet again because I found those to be so unenjoyable. I am so glad that did and that I found her. She significantly helped with my quality of life and never made me feel dumb or uncomfortable for asking questions about my care. My life has done a 180 and I owe it all to Dr. Entz!!
From the very first appointment, I felt heard, respected, and understood. NP Entz takes the time to listen carefully without rushing. What really stands out is her ability to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where it feels comfortable to open up about difficult topics. Her approach is compassionate yet professional, and she explains treatment options clearly so you feel involved in your care. I’ve seen meaningful progress since starting sessions, and I genuinely feel supported every step of the way. I highly recommend NP Entz to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring psychiatrist.
Experience was good before appointment until I waited the day of in the virtual waiting room for 35 minutes- I called the office number listed on zoc doc and Dr. Entz told me that she had sent a message that I had to complete forms the day before, which I had already completed- so she discovered it was actually an issue of payment method. Not a great experience as a potential patient, communication over the phone was unprofessional

I was very pleased with my visit. Not only did she take the time to answer questions before the appointment, she was easy to talk to, asked the right questions and helped me feel like there was a plan forward. I am appreciative of the care I received.

I was referred by a friend that also sees her after being very intimidated by psychiatric care in general. She made it so easy. She really listens and cares and it shows. Great provider.
