The appointment itself w/ Alexis Manzella was fine. But I was told I could pick up the medication she prescribed at the CVS I requested. Showed up at CVS and they didn't have anything under my name. I called three different days and left messages for Alexis Manzella about the situation. No call back after 5 days so I cancelled my follow up appointment b/c the follow up appointment was for how I was doing with the new medication. Since I never was able to begin the medication, why have a follow up appointment? And I'm not paying for a second appointment for what should've been done after the first. Just seems unfair. Just disappointing b/c now I need to find someone else and I feel the original appointment was just a waste of time & money.
