I was asked to come early because they were ahead of schedule. I arrived N hour early and still wasn't seen until 5pm, 1/2 hour after my 430 time. 1 1/2 hours after my arrival time. when I got there the lobby was packed standing room only. I wasn't checked in until 4pm. the receptionist told me that they have more than one doctor there and the crowd didn't mean anything. meanwhile everyone was called, even people who arrived after me. NP was rude, threw the bp cuff on the counter and slammed the door. tried to talk to me like I was a child. the doctor was decent enough, he seemed to care. he asked me to come early because his other patients canceled, then they showed up and he said he doesn't turn patients away. he didn't have to but since I obliged him, he should have made them wait. he said he didn't think there was anything wrong with my gi because gi pain is in the front, not the back. yet he ordered 3 tests and never physically examined me. didn't understand his instructions.

I have been having terrible abdominal pain. I went to the ER, my primary doctor and the hospital. All which recommended a GI specialist. I had an ultrasound and ct scan done in the ER. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Hashmi on zocdoc. I went in and him and his assistant barely listened to my concerns and told me I have an inflamed rib. I have no signs of that! I went home and did some research, it’s also known as a fake heart attack. Chest pain that goes from your chest neck back and even arms is a main symptom…which i have none! I have abdominal pain not chest pain. It was a waste of time and money. I wouldn’t suggest to book with him. He then said after 10 days of taking Advil if my pain is not gone he can then do an endoscopy….I will not let him do any procedures on me.

Overall was an okay experience. The doctor’s assistant could use a better tone in delivering a message or when asking questions, especially when trying to educate the patient (maybe they were having a bad day, idk we’re humans so I understand). But I also didn’t feel like the doctor offered me enough safe space or time that allow me to ask more questions, which was a little disappointing considering I was in so much pain and need more informations and guidance in regards for the pain I suffered for future reference. I felt a little rushed and diminished quick than I anticipated. But i received prescribed medication and I hope I’ll heal soon.
Dr. Hashmi is great, listened to everything I had to say. Let me know of test I needed done. All around great experience, nurse’s and staff are great too

Doctor Hashmi was amazing! He had a great energetic personality and was very knowledgeable in addressing my concerns. 10/10! He made me feel comfortable and was very sweet

Paying out of pocket to wait longer than what I actually spoke with the DR. Seemed rushed, gave me a paper of what might be wrong with me without explaining anything. Told me about procedures I need done. Pretty much told to look it up more online. Poorly printed copies. I’m pretty sure I was his last patient as the nurse said “see you tomorrow Dr” more reason I believed it was rushed. Just wished he would of explained to me if what I felt is something that can just develop from one day to another or if it’s something that’s been going on with my system.
