I got a pre and post call that was odd.
The initial call came less than an hour before telling me the provider was 30 minutes late. She was also extremely quiet.
Actual appointment was well.
After, I got a barrage of call from the same number as the pre-call, asking for a review. It feels dystopic to do that for a mental health appointment, I won't come back

Alicia was super lovely and very graciously subbed in for the provider I was supposed to see who was out on leave, even on short notice! (I scheduled to be seen just 2 hours later). She was kind and attentive and supportive of my diagnostic journey.

I have a hard time opening up to just anyone . Alicia is a burst of light , easy to communicate with and so friendly ! Gives great tools and helps me understand alot . You wont be let down. Plus she gives hugs which is such a new experience it made me feel good and very comfortable !

We had a thorough evaluation of my symptoms and concerns. I never felt rushed. She genuinely cares about her patients. I feel very comfortable now.

Alicia was incredible. I have never found a psychiatrist who listened and interacted with me on such a personal level. She immediately made me feel comfortable and heard. It can be difficult to talk about trauma or triggering events, but she listened and connected with me on a personal yet professional level to work through these things. I enjoyed our interaction so much that I’m looking forward to our follow-up visit. I absolutely recommend to anyone and will be continuing my care with her. Thank you, Alicia!

She was a great listener, asked questions that pertained to my issues and helped me understand reasons behind them. I’m trying new medication so fingers crossed it helps me.
