If Doctor Wertheim shows up to your appointment you will be happy with your examination. However, I've scheduled 2 appointments with her over the last 16 months that she has not showed up for. There has never been a call to reschedule before traveling to the office. Be aware!

I got a call from the office 15 mins before the appointment, letting me know they had to cancel because "there were no doctors in the office" that day. I understand sometimes things come up, but it was extremely rude and unprofessional to cancel 15 minutes before my appointment. Horrible! I hope no one comes to this office!

She didn't really listen to me, messed up my prescription and had to go back and have my glasses entirely redone because she relied on machine measurements instead of manually checking. I don't plan on going back.

Such a pleasant woman and experience! She gave me a diagnosis that my original optometrist didn't bring up, and I noticed my eye irritations decreasing after she prescribed me the proper medication. She is super friendly, amicable, and knowledgeable -- I'm very happy to have found her and totally trust her with my vision's health from now on.

Made an appointment with her for average eye exam to get contact prescription renewed but was seen by a new doctor at this office who seemed inexperienced and clumsy. People who did my exams had trouble operating their machines and spent over an hour fiddling with my eyes because of this, some exams had to be done multiple times, giving me quite the headache and eye pain. Once Dr. Wertheim looked at my eyes (for a second) for an issue the other doctor had seen, she just gave me extremely vague and ominous information about it and a referral to an opthamaologist. The plus side was there was no wait time and the lady at the desk was very efficient and friendly.
