About Alison Berk

Alison Berk is a board-certified physician assistant and a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. She received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Applied Physiology from the University of Delaware. Alison continued her education by receiving her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2014. During her time in the Physician Assistant program, she completed her elective clinical rotation in dermatology at Dermatology and Mohs Surgery Center. Alison worked as an Internal Medicine Physician Assistant from 2014 and 2020, where she moved to a private dermatology practice in Connecticut. Alison has had a passion for dermatology since the beginning of her healthcare career. Her expertise includes conducting full skin exams and preventing and treating skin cancers, as well as treating acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, warts and seborrheic dermatitis. Alison strives to establish an individualized treatment plan for each of her patients to make him or her feel healthy, confident and comfortable in his or her skin. Alison has had a passion for dermatology since the beginning of her healthcare career. I wouldn’t reccomend. Office was clean and front desk was nice but nurse acted like me being there was a bother and I was with the doctor (PA) for all of 4 minutes. Was on her way out the door as I was still talking. Go to somewhere that will take the time.

The dermotologist allison was awesome but the front desk kids a young boy dint know what he was doing he didnt know i was at the other building so i waited at least twenty minutes until another patient had just checked in with the same name as me so when they called my name we didnt know which one but she had just checked in and i been waiting twenty minutes and thats how they noticed i was at the other building and the boy who checked me in should have told me instead of me waiting there twenty minutes. on top of that he charged my card twice with the other patience with the same name as me. wasted my time and double charged me people make mistakes but those are two big ones
