I booked because I felt like I was in crisis. Alissa was very patient and understanding of my needs. We discussed a treatment plan and put me on a track with her affiliated therapist. Alissa made me feel very comfortable, and I am so happy I met her. I am looking forward to speaking with her again.

I was pretty nervous before my appointment because meeting a new psych provider is never easy. Alissa made the whole experience feel alot less intimidating. She was down to earth, easy to talk to, and took the time to understand what has been going on instead of making assumptions. I’m really glad I found her and would definitely recommend her to anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, or just trying to figure things out.

I’ve seen a few different mental health providers over the years and honestly this was one of the first appointments where I didn’t feel judged. Alissa was easy to talk to and actually listened instead of just typing the whole time. She asked good questions and made me feel comfortable opening up about things I normally don’t talk about. I left feeling hopeful, which hasn’t happened in a while. Looking forward to continuing care with her.
