“I would definitely say that Allen was great with talking to me about my treatment. He also took the time to answer questions and made me feel comfortable and important. Just all around good NP! The nurses were really nice and helpful. Front desk was polite and my wait time was not long at all ! All around my experience was a good one ! ”

This office was dark and hot. The front office lady was extremely rude. The doctors or NP I booked with never came to see us in our room he just looked at us. The Medical assistant didn’t wear PPE gear she kept dropping the finger pointy things …I asked the MA to put on gloves and she wouldn’t. She kept asking me who I went to go see at EPIC yesterday she kept using her personal phone. Bad environment . Allen Toubia the nurse practitioner was a complete mute and never helped

We where very happy with our appointment. Our wait time was very short ! About 5-10 minutes. The front desk receptionist was very helpful with our insurance and identification issue. But she worked it out for us with school I.d. The assistant was very friendly and kind . She was through with medical history and answered questions with knowledge. Finally the doctor was great bedside manner. Very understanding and explained treatment. Also ultrasound tech was kind and explained everything. All and all I felt very comfortable with my appointment.

Complete bad experience starting with the MA. Never seen the doctor he just looked at us as we waked out. The MA did not wear PPE and she kept dropping the finger pricks. At the check in counter she kept answering to someone on her phone via text. She was entirely rude. The office across from us wasn’t clean. It’s dark and hot in this office. Worst experience. The MA kept saying she was from Ferndale location and kept asking me who I saw at another EPIC location maybe 3 times. No once did the doctor get up. The bad presence and belittling of my children’s health had me walkout mid-appointment

This was the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL experience that i have EVER had with a health care provider, and his UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! I made an appointment with EPIC therapy for an ear infection (swimmer's ear), that i had contracted probably from taking a shower and now clearing all the water out of my ear. So i went on Zocdoc thinking i would find competent help.....nooooo, I chose a nurse practitioner by the name of Allen Toubia, and he was totally unaware of my state. I explained everything to him and even brought the medication bottles from the urgent care doctors from my previous visits, telling him that I still had complications after going to them and could he help me. He carelessly examined both ears, even though I clearly told him it was the right ear. His help took my blood pressure, and weighed me, and when I told her I was type 2 diabetic, she drew blood and told me my glucose levels were high...? The doctor informed me about diabetes meds...but for my ear, alcohol and vinegar? WOW
