At Sage & Stone Holistic Counseling, I help individuals and families find strength and support through life’s most delicate moments. As a board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner and Integrative Mental Health Counselor, I bring over 25 years of experience caring for families through infertility, NICU stays, birth trauma, postpartum challenges, grief, and loss.
My holistic, trauma-informed approach integrates counseling, mindfulness, yoga therapy, and mind-body practices to promote emotional healing and nervous system regulation. I also specialize in clinician and first responder burnout, offering compassionate care for those who spend their lives caring for others.
Together, we’ll create a safe space for healing—where you can reconnect with resilience, rediscover balance, and move toward wholeness in mind, body, and spirit.
