About Alona Geller

Hi! I'm Alona. I began my nutrition career as a research dietitian at the UCLA Center for Human Nutrition, conducting nutrition research and working on dozens of nutrition-based studies. My true love has always been one-on-one counseling so since 2008 I have focused more on clinical nutrition, working with patients in medical out-patient clinics. I have also been the Bariatric dietitian for many Bariatric surgeons and outpatient clinics since 2011. I have helped hundreds of patients with weight loss, weight maintenance and those who needed help gaining weight too! Over the years I have come up with my own nutrition education material that has helped hundreds of my patients easily lose or gain weight, or get healthy. My proprietary meal-prep solution guide provides basic support for all my patients to help them with quick and easy meal-prep for the week that doesn?t require difficult recipes or any cooking experience. I use it too for myself and my family. Raising a baby and two young children, I know how challenging it can be to have meals ready for the week. Even when each family member has specific taste preferences (picky eaters!), I truly believe nutrition can heal, reverse and prevent certain health conditions.
