My journey to mental healthcare I was inspired to work in the mental health field as I began my career in nursing and saw the need for a kinder approach to care. I am driven to continue working towards better patient outcomes and increased mental health awareness in the community. My goals for you Goal setting starts with understanding your current mental health status and aspirations. We will then collaboratively establish goals tailored to your individual needs and priorities. My first session with you In the first session, I will gather a full psychiatric history and current presenting symptoms and develop a plan of care that may include medications and/or referral to additional resources as appropriate.
