Amanda is a certified psychiatric nurse practitioner trained to diagnose and treat mental health disorders by prescribing medications and providing psychotherapy.
She received a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Cincinnati and a master’s degree in nursing from The Ohio State University. Amanda also received a bachelor’s degree in history prior to starting her nursing career.
Amanda has been a nurse since 2006 and a nurse practitioner since 2010. She has practiced in a variety of settings including Veteran’s Health, oncology, hospice and psychiatry. She is interested in treating those with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, grief and PTSD.
