I typically work with patients across the lifespan, dealing with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia, substance use disorder, addiction, ADHD, and Conduct disorders, just to name a few, and also providing brief supportive therapy and medication management.
I create a calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard, valued, and empowered. Working with me feels collaborative and compassionate, with a focus on trust, open communication, and personalized care.
My journey into mental healthcare was driven by a deep desire to support individuals in achieving mental wellness and resilience. I was drawn to this field by the profound impact that compassionate, evidence-based care can have on a person’s life. Seeing patients regain stability, confidence, and hope motivates me every day. My passion lies in providing a safe space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to take control of their mental health.
I take a collaborative approach to goal setting, working with patients to establish realistic, personalized objectives that align with their needs and values. We break goals into manageable steps, track progress, and adjust as needed to promote growth and long-term well-being.
