Dr Aminian is wonderful! She listened closely to my litany of headaches and problems with my feet, did full inspection andanalysis, asked me for my questions and set me on a path for recovery. Very polite, thorough and professional. Qualities hard to come by often in NYC medical offices. Her staff were lovely as well and the office facilities are very clean and modern. So glad I chose Dr Aminian and her team.

My experience with Dr. Aminian and Gramery Park Podiatry has been very disappointing. I went to see Dr. Aminian because Ihad rolled my ankle and have a ganglion cyst. She sent me to get an MRI and I never was able to get a hold of her to find out what happened. I asked the office to call me at work because my cell does not take calls and that was ignored. I called back the doctor numerous times throughout the day with instructions to please call me back and email me my MRI and it NEVER happened. Besides the office being "closed" at hours when it was supposed to be open, it seems that Dr. Aminian is sent to numerous places to work and it's impossible to talk to her. If you are looking for a podiatrist with whom you can have communication and your questions answered THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. If it wasn't for the fact that I have an EXCELLENT primary care physician who intervened and requested to know what happened to my MRI I would still not know what the MRI revealed. On top of all that, she cannot drain a small cyst and wanted me to go back to the podiatrist I saw 10 years ago. Why did I even come here? Final complaint: the address in Times Square is very difficult to find and the staff does not take 2 seconds to explain how to get there and the fact that (1) the entry is not on Broadway (2) you have to take an elevator to X floor (3) you have to walk out of that elevator and cross another building to another elevator and finally take that to their office. After telling them it was very difficult nobody flinched. Overall I feel neglected and uncared for as a patient. Please go elsewhere!

Dr. Ameneh Aminian seemed to know her stuff, but she BARELY looked at my foot issue before she recommended a prescription and tried to send me on my way. Even with me asking her a barrage of questions we only interfaced for about 5 minutes. (My questions took 3-4 minutes.)

I was seen on time. Dr Aminian was concise, friendly and effective in asking about various factors concerning my visit and issue. My foot was x-rayed without leaving the examination room. We very quickly got to an action plan for treatment, and while that involves surgery, I was expecting it would. I was provided with a surgical consult for a few days from now to discuss treatment with the on-site surgeon.

Dr. Aminian is awesome! She is professional and very compassionate. She asked me questions about my issue and actually listened to what I said. She clearly and concisely explained the options available for treating my issue, including the pros and cons of each. I was seen right away. In and out within 30 minutes but never felt rushed.

She is great, but her office cannot follow up with the Pharmacy. I have had prescriptions on two different occasions that needed the office to send additional forms. They pharmacy called multiply times, and after a week of waiting I had to buy the prescriptions out of pocket.

She was great! I had a simple problem that I had felt a little silly about going to see someone about, but she has made me feel SO MUCH better (well my foot at least!!). She also didn't just assume it was a totally simple problem and took an x-ray to make sure her assessment was accurate before treatment. Overall, good experience.

Dr. Ameneh Aminian was pleasant and efficient. My main gripes are with the shabby office, the receptionists (who are not very pleasant), and the ridiculously long wait. I called twice to confirm my appointment - once the day before and again an hour before - as I have a tight work schedule and can't really be away from the office for more than an hour/hour and a half. I arrived right on time for my appointment and waited in the main waiting area for 40 minutes until I was put into a dingy private room (no windows). I sat there for another 30 minutes before I got up (on my injured foot) to ask the receptionist how much longer it would be. I was given attitude and told that obviously the doctor is busy. Great. Well so am I. Dr. Aminian herself is lovely. When she finally saw me, she was very professional and explained my x-rays and the nature of my injury. The actual appointment only took about 10-15 minutes (including x-ray and development)! I'm not sure I would return to see her in this office, though as I see she also has other locations, I may try her at one of those.

Other doc in office had emergency therefore the entire practice became backed up = 1 hour wait. However, once seen by Dr. Aminian I was not rushed by anyone, she was very knowledgable about my issues, and I received excellent treatment and advice. It's possible that Dr. Aminian is new to the 5th Avenue office - I highly recommend her and will return to see her only in the future.
