i cannot recommend Ms. Fout or anyone from this practice as a provider if you have a prescription for a controlled substance; you will be gambling on a few things going your way every month:
- the provider remembering to write the prescription
- the provider remembering to write the prescription *correctly* (otherwise insurance may reject it for lack of prior authorization, which the provider will then tell you she can't give you, and say to talk to your insurance, who then tells you that the medication is covered and they don't know what's going on - etc etc)
then if either or both of the previous cases fail:
- the (barely functional) patient portal working long enough for you to send an email (not guaranteed; clicking the Reply button has an 80% chance of showing you a page that says "An unknown error occurred.")
- the provider deciding to read it
