He didn’t really listen, and wouldn’t answer my questions. I tried letting him know I couldn’t log in to any of the software, told me it wasn’t his problem/he had no solution for me. It was determined 10 minutes into the conversation that he wasn’t able to provide the service, he said he’s has “no option to cancel”. I’ve been trying to contact customer service with Circle since the day before my appointment, and all I’ve seen is the transaction in my account.

Worst bedside manners I have ever experienced by a doctor. He was extremely dismissive. He lacked compassion and questioned everything I told him. I would never let my friends or family see this doctor. Stay away!

He was extremely rude and unprofessional and wouldn’t listen to me. Would never recommend. I have ever said this in my life about a person in a service/ someone I’ve gone to but he was homophobic. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone LGBT or In general. Very rude and mean man

They said they accepted my insurance (which I have proof of) so I booked the virtual appointment. Then an hour before I was supposed to have it, they said that they don’t take my insurance. When I tried to cancel the appointment, they wanted to charge me $50, so I tried calling the number they gave me and waited for almost 45 minutes til I decided to hang up. Then it was time for my appointment and I figured that I could discuss the issue with the doctor but he never showed up. SO ANNOYED!!! I will not be using them ever again.
