I’m disappointed with the service. I had a medical appointment scheduled for this morning, December 27 2024, at the Hagerstown office, and when I arrived, it was closed. No one informed me in advance about the closure, nor did they offer any explanation. I wasted time and effort getting there, which is unacceptable. I hope they improve their communication with patients to avoid similar situations in the future.
