Amy has been a big supporter in improving my life. She listens to all ailments and makes sure all bases are covered to get the proper care. She is the best psychiatrist I have been to see. If I have any concerns she is a message away. I’m glad one of my doctors truly cares about helping me get better to enjoy life.

Amy is kind and reassuring without being placating or condescending. After a decade of multiple practitioners attempting to help me realize the need for medication to mitigate symptoms of anxiety, she is the first person I have worked with who was able to gently guide me in the right direction. This is the most stable and peaceful. I have been in 10 years.

I have only been on LifeStance about two months now and it's been great! I have met with Amy Gallardo twice now and she is my favorite! I have never felt more understood and listened to. You can tell she really cares. She really took the time to listen to me and figure out what works best for me and took my opinions into consideration. She is very good at answering all my questions and messages. I never have to wait long for a response. The website is so easy to use as well. I have always given up on taking care of my mental health because it was always so hard and took forever to get in an appointment and I would have to take off work for it. Now it's super easy and I make the appointments on my lunch break. 1000% recommend this app and meeting with Amy!
