Worst experience I’ve had with any doctor ever-kept making me comments that made me extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed about the condition I came in for, googled answers to questions I asked, and did not properly bandage after a procedure.

Felt rushed during the appointment; but the staff and provider were very nice. She didn't really get up close with my skin, which I thought was interesting, but I'm not a dermatologist so maybe just looking is all it takes.

During my yearly checkup Dr Huang was very personable, easy to understand, and efficient without making the visit feel rushed. Office staff and nurses likewise made me comfortable in their care. This is my second appointment with the provider and I will happily return for future visits.

Excellent experience, I was seen immediately and on my way home 20 minutes later. If you have mobility issues, there is a large flight of stairs to get down to the office. I didn't ask about an elevator but if you're concerned, I would be sure to ask the office before you arrive. Overall, I highly recommend!

My experience was overall very positive: from the moment I signed up for my appointment, the check-in experience was fast and streamlined, and the nursing staff and doctor were informative and kind. I appreciated the efficiency of the appointment and quality of care.
That said, there was one concern (out of three) I flagged to the nurse that remained unanswered by the end of my visit. I should have flagged it to the doctor myself but was distracted by the procedure being done and didn't have much opportunity to do so afterwards, as the doctor gave aftercare instructions during the procedure and then immediately left. I understand physicians' time is limited and precious, but I feel even a few extra moments to wrap up the appointment would go a long way to giving patients a chance to regroup and make sure they make the most of their time with the doctor.
