“was asked to download different phone apps, one that didn't work at all, and then got an endless stream of texts from both of them, from different area codes that all required specific interaction within their apps. quite annoying. once i arrived at the office at my appointed time, it took me over an hour and a half before i actually saw the doctor but, after enduring a non-stop screaming child in the waiting room the quiet space in the exam room was very comforting. i should have been the one to have gone into the provided, unused child waiting room. after reading my printed out, full page list of symptoms and related medical history (twice), the doctor inserted a fiber optic camera up my nose and insisted there was nothing wrong with me --and asked why i was there (oh, because my GP sent me there).”

Dr. Ingraham was terrific; however, the Zocdoc app being forced upon a patient and the unbelievable lack of access to the actual office number was ludicrous. From the time I scheduled my appointment until the review emails started coming from Zocdoc, I received over 12 emails and / or texts--FOR ONE APPT. Dr. Ingraham told me that an audiologist would follow up for a hearing aid consultation and after 4 full business days I tried to contact her office and it is impossible to get a human on the phone. That alone is enough to drive me from the practice as I have never seen an office where you can't ask a question or inquire about a follow up appt.
