“The only trouble I had with going to this office was finding out which building it was in. I drove past it and had to drive back around to get to it after I called the office to ask them where it was. Other than that, I was pleased with the doctor and the staff. Everyone was very friendly and understanding of my needs. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and explain information to me in better detail than my previous PCP. I was there no longer than 30 minutes. I am glad this office was recommended to me by my mom and I like how it's around the corner from where I live.”

Dr. Theriault was friendly at first, but my most recent visit left me disappointed. I requested lab work for a recurring concern—which I have only brought up twice—and she quickly became irritated. I’ve shared with her that I have anxiety around my health, and her attitude made it clear that it wasn’t being considered. She handed me a referral and left the room without a goodbye, which felt unprofessional. I appreciate the help she’s provided, but this experience has made me decide to seek care elsewhere.

I was readily seen and everything was prompt. I hardly waited at all once I was in the back after vitals + height/weight were taken. Very quick, good communication, and Amy struck me as very competent/knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
