About Ana Lugo
Ana earned her Bachelor of Science and Master’s in Nursing from Davenport University in Michigan, and her Post Master’s in Family Nursing Practice from UTA, Texas. Ana has rendered care for under- and uninsured patients while working as a nurse in different settings. It is her passion to serve her community. She has lived in Texas for over seven years and enjoys getting to know people from different cultures. While English is her primary language, she also speaks Spanish. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, drawing, and spending time with her family.

Very easy to get an appointment, very friendly receptionist. I hope to get the outcome I want.
The physician I met with gave me the vibe of, "lets hurry up, I do this all day, just another person"
When I spoke I felt like she just wanted me to stop speaking so she could answer and wrap up the convo.
It's cool that they have quick availability, when my regular Dr. Is booked out a month in advance.
Overall, its okay.

Had to call in just to figure out why I hadn’t heard anything for my scheduled appointment, was suppose to be at 220 during my lunch wasn’t until almost 240. Had the hardest time getting a simple refill for medication I am already on asked a million questions and received pushback and felt like I was being interrogated. Ultimately call dropped and got nothing done but lost out on co pay.

Ana was super sweet and made me feel comfortable for my annual appointment. She made sure to sit down with me and talk to me about her recommendations and concerns when it came to my health & mental health. The staff were helpful and kind and were just as communicative as the Dr. herself!
