“I loved that pricing was transparent, the front desk staff were professional and kind, and the acupuncturist (she is also a physical therapist) was very patient, professional, and kind. Unlike when I see a doctor, Mrs. Anabel Roque had plenty of time to consult with me and explain things and answer questions. I went in for acupuncture but I also had cupping (on my back). It was my first time getting both cupping and acupuncture. I don't like needles and I was definitely scared, but during the treatments everything actually went very well. It was really easy to communicate and ask for adjustments for my comfort. Honestly I feel like this service was inexpensive for the amount of time and quality of care. The facility is clean and quiet. In the treatment room, there is ambient music at all times. For the appointment, I wore loose-fitting clothing. For both treatments, I only needed to remove my shirt and socks, but not my pants and not my bra. Overall I am very satisfied and will return!”
