About Dr. Anastasiya Goldin

Dr. Anastasiya Goldin was first introduced to the field of audiology in Kiev, Ukraine. As a child, she witnessed her grandmother work as a sign language translator/interpreter in the deaf theater group in her community-she has been fascinated with the field ever since. Dr. Goldin earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech and Hearing Science from the City University of New York, Brooklyn College. She later earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from St. John's University through the Long Island Consortium, which encompasses St. John's, Adelphi, and Hofstra Universities.
Prior to joining Liberty Hearing Centers, Dr. Goldin gained clinical experience through rotations at Manhattan/Queens Audiology Center, Brooklyn Veteran's Hospital, and Omni Rehabilitation Center. She is trained to perform comprehensive audiological testing, hearing aid evaluations, auditory brainstem response (ABR) testing, videonystagmography (VNG) testing, and auditory rehabilitation. Dr. Goldin has worked with pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations, including adults and children with special needs. She completed her residency at Downstate Medical Center, where she gained essential clinical skills in audiology.
Dr. Goldin is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and the Long Island Speech and Hearing Association (LISHA). Additionally, she is a registered New York State licensed audiologist and hearing aid dispenser. Dr. Goldin is trained in the specifications and programming of the most current hearing aid technology from various manufacturers.
She is fluent in Russian and strives to provide the highest quality of care for all her patients.

For my first visit I must say the office was very welcoming, friendly staff, Dr was very open to listening, and great communicater answered all questions explained everything down to the T and was able to show me books and pictures related to my situation or matter at hand as was as referring me to other offices for further examination.
I truly appreciate the time and effort it took for them to reach out and correspond with me.
