Dr. Andrea Berger studied at a top tier medical school, the University of Rochester. She then trained at one of the leading academic medical centers, the University of Pittsburgh, completing two cardiology fellowships in cardiovascular disease and advanced heart failure and transplantation. Her clinical interest and expertise focus on the prevention, diagnosis, and management of heart disease, cardiac imaging, women and heart disease, and advanced heart failure management. As a leader in the Go Red for Women campaign in the fight against heart disease, she has served as a Keynote Speaker and on the Medical Committee of the American Heart Association. She has earned the respect of her peers and has been elected to Castle Connolly, Newsday Top Docs, and the Exceptional Women in Medicine.
