By far the best healthcare experience I’ve had in Las Vegas. Dr. Castillo made me feel open to express my concerns freely and was very validating. She offered clear courses of action that immediately granted me a sense of relief.
Overall, her manner comes across as direct but completely non-judgmental, and it is clear that she takes patients’ intuitions about their health/bodies seriously, which is such a rare thing!

Honestly wouldn’t come back here because of the staff. The doctor herself was kind and sweet and apologized for my wait time. I had an appointment at 3:30pm and didn’t get seen till almost 4:40-50pm and their office closed at 5pm. The person who was doing my charts was complaining about the office overbooking patients and I didn’t really know what to say so I just nervously laughed. I was booked for 3:30 and it wasn’t my fault they noticed me 20 minutes before they closed. There was dried blood in the lobby next the seat I was sitting at that I didn’t notice till the end which was highly unsanitary…. Overall not the greatest experience since I had to book a doctor last minute to help with something I needed immediate medications for. Will ensure if I have to book an emergency appointment to just go else where.
