I’m a long-time patient of Dr Schiller and have always been satisfied with her professionalism and feel comfortable during my exams.
However this was my first experience with the new (to me) online system. It took quite a while to enter everything that was asked. I kept getting messages asking me to enter things again…which I ignored. Upon arriving for my appointment, reception said there was no record online and I had to redo things on the office iPad.
