The check in clerk was very rude, Dr. LAN wasn’t asking the questions I was asking him questions and all he did was check my vitals and I came there for a check up. I would not recommend him.

It was easy

My initial visit with Dr. Lan was last Friday, November 15, 2024. I was able to get some questions I have answered. Dr. Lan provided me with several Specialist services to contact and schedule appointments. He then kindly directed me to the lab section for bloodwork. Once I completed my bloodwork, I was free to leave. Overall quite decent visit.
No bedside manner. He was clearly in a rush and I called him out on it. It felt like I was getting rung out by a cashier. I had to force him to ask follow up questions. All he did was type some stuff and that’s it. I went for a full physical and it was less than a 5 minute conversation where I STILL didn’t get any answers, recommendation or felt evaluated. Avoid at all costs. Terrible doctor with little care whatsoever. Even when I called him out on it he didn’t seem to be bothered or cared to actually do his job

He is a good doctor and communicated well. He listened to what I told him and he asked a lot of questions. I recommend him for everyone.

This is my second visit with Dr. Lan. He is always very attentive and makes me feel very comfortable. The best thing about the visit was the fact that I was greeted from all staff memebers starting from security, to the registrar, the nurse and finally Dr. Lan. They were all very professional! Thank you! Tania

Awful doctor. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Dr was upset I went to a specialist not connected to the hospital, and asked why did I come to him. He was unprofessional and dismissive, so much so that he neglected to send me test results, the entire purpose of my visit.
Horrible doctor and neglegent! Wish i had information to report him to the board of medics! I dont understand how a doctor neglects a patient who has critical health condition

Really good Dr.. Very professional. He was patient and wasn't rushing me like most Drs do. Zero wait time. I definitely recommend him.

Seen Dr.Lan about 3 times last year and about twice this year. I didn’t think he was a great doctor only so so. BUT I’m extremely disappointed with the whole office staff and Dr. Lan. I have a UTI and called his office multiple times at 10am, 1pm and 3pm to either speak with a nurse or Dr.Lan himself. I was placed on hold each time for over 10 mins to be told that a message would be given to Dr.Lan. Now if anyone has had a UTI this is no joke, it is uncomfortable and painful. Nevertheless, by 4:50 I have yet to receive any messages from anyone at that office so once again I call to see if something can be done. To then be on hold for another 10 mins to be told that I need to come in for an appointment - okay that’s fine but this information could have been given to me by at least the 2nd phone call I made. To make things worse his next available appointment was not till a full 7 days later. I work at a hospital and it is completely unacceptable to have patients calling non stop all day to be placed on hold for over 10 mins to then be told to schedule an appointment next week. I do not recommend this doctor at all - not will you be helped by his horrible staff.

Great doctor.

Dr. Andrew Lan was very professional. He took all the time necessary to make me feel comfortable as he asked the necessary questions to diagnosis my illness. I love the fact, he is not a pill pusher and listened to all my concerns. All staff members were very kind and pleasant. The facility is a little out dated and a need for circulation of fresh air along with a disinfectant cleaner for restrooms would give the place a more sanitary feel.
Verified patient
It was a quick visit and he seemed nice. I wasn't really there long enough to make any real judgement. The receptionist at the front was pleasant.
