I understand how difficult it can be to seek help, especially when you are not feeling your best. Anxiety, depression, stress, and chronic pain can be extremely debilitating. My primary goal is to form a strong therapeutic relationship to lay the groundwork for improving your life. While I have a range of techniques to help reduce uncomfortable symptoms, I often seek to go deeper with individuals and families. By exploring deeper in psychotherapy, we can begin to see the world in a new way and live a life of lasting meaning.
